Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week: Balenciaga Proffers Impressive Rebound After 50 Years.

Cristobal Balenciaga, perceived as one of the top couturiers in the design business, shut his Paris-based atelier in 1968. Unfortunately, he passed on four years after the fact. The name returned during the 1980s yet without couture.
