- “She simply prefers to give me shit.”
- Matt Damon is one of Hollywood’s most sought-after entertainers, yet that doesn’t appear to gain favor with his little girls — explicitly his kid, Isabella.
During a meeting with CBS Sunday Morning, the Stillwater star uncovered that Isabella would not watch the film for which he is maybe most famous, Good Will Hunting. Why? “She would not like to perceive any films that I’m in that she thinks may be acceptable,” Damon clarified. “She simply prefers to give me poo.”
Maybe a vocation in satire lies ahead for Isabella? Damon proceeded to share a tale about his subsequent oldest, disclosing to CBS’s Seth Doane, “My little girl said, ‘Recall that film you did, The Wall?’ I said, ‘It was known as The Great Wall.’ Proceeded to disclose how he chose to push back his delivery until after his buddy Dave drops his next LP, “We’re All Alone In This Together” on July 23. She goes, ‘Father, there’s nothing extraordinary about that film.'”
In any case, relax; Isabella’s analysis isn’t getting Damon down. “She keeps my feet solidly on the ground,” he said with a chuckle.
Notwithstanding Isabella, Damon, and spouse Luciana Barroso share three girls: Alexia, 22 (Damon is step-father), Gia, 12, and Stella, 10. The entertainer clarified that he and his family have a “fourteen-day rule”: “I would never stop the music.
So I don’t have the foggiest idea who’s pushing that story, pushing that plan that Skeppy is halting music whatnot. How? I’m music.” They will not go over fourteen days without seeing one another. Stillwater, which praised its Cannes debut as of late, constrained Damon to defy this guideline out of the blue — and the last. “It’s off the table. We’re never breaking it again,” he said.
