The other thing I do, almost every single day, is sit in front of my Red Light Man Combo Bodylight 2.0. I get a lot of questions about skincare tools, and if I could only get one device, it would be a red light. (This one’s an investment, so I’d start with either the Red Light Device or the Red-Infrared Combo Light… I own all three!)
Don’t get me wrong, I love the Dermapore, as well as my ZIIP, NuFace and Foreo Luna. But it’s definitely challenging to keep up with regular treatments. (Or, in the case of the Luna, I haven’t felt the need because I’m wearing much less skin makeup.)
Red light, however, is the easiest thing to incorporate into my routine. It takes just 10 minutes, and it penetrates through makeup, so you can do it anytime with no fuss or muss. Since it’s flooding your skin cells with ATP (cellular energy), it helps with everything from signs of aging to acne to inflammation. It’s also effective on a wide range of other concerns, including hair loss, weight loss, muscular injuries and hormonal issues. I will never be without a red light!
